The Clickteam UK web-shop allows you to buy our products securely online with a VISA or MasterCard. We also accept Paypal payments. This webshop is for UK and Ireland based residents and organisations only. If you are from outside the UK/Ireland you can purchase our products from the following CT Shop

We also offer offline purchases by postal mail. If you are a school or business we can in most cases accept orders via a Purchase Order. To order via purchase order send a copy of your order to our fax on 01527 471680. We also accept payment via cheques or bank transfers.

For all downloadable software your serial number will be delivered to your email address in a timely manner - Within 24 hours of order.

All CD-ROM products will be shipped within two working days, and you will be sent a notice of shipment via email.

Important Notes about online commerce:

All contact information is stored for a short period of time, using a 128bit key and is perfectly safe. All credit card information is dealt with via our payment provider Netbanx and is page encrypted. You will notice the keylock sign once you are transferred to the credit card provider to enter your card details.

-We do not send spam to your email address so please use an ISP based email account.
-You should always confirm our emails are not in your spam filter before contacting us about your order.
- You should always confirm you have entered your email address correctly as we email order information to this email address.

Returns Policy

All Clickteam software products are try-and-buy or have downloadable demo versions.
We can not accept returns of downloadable software or our CD-ROM products. (except where required by law).

Notes and Advice

Be aware of the delivery format you are ordering.
Some of our products are download only and some of them are on CD-ROM.
If you are unsure if a product meets your needs, please feel free to install and test the demo or trial version of the product before you make a purchase.

Login

If you are an approved UK reseller, you can access the login pages to login to your account and access special rates. If you are an individual you do not need to create a login to order the software.

Upgrading From a Previous Version

If you own a previous version of our Install Maker, Patch Maker, Games Factory or Multimedia Fusion software, you may be able to get a discount off the latest versions.

Complete the upgrade form at http://www.clickteam.com/eng/upgrade.php to obtain a discount code. Please ensure you complete all of the details and fill in your current serial number.

Please allow 48 hours to receive a discount code.

Education Establishments

If you are a school, college or university, you will get extra discounts for multiple copy ordering. In most cases the most cost effective route is the Site License, which can be purchased under the "Educational Licenses & Items" option.
